Dwayne G. Miller, P.E., RCDD Chief Executive Officer	A founding member and Chief Executive Officer of BIMAdvent, Mr. Miller is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Miller is an accomplished engineer and an active member of Bicsi, NFPA and NCEES. In addition he is a registered communications distribution designer (RCDD) since 2000, and a certified power quality specialist (AEECPQ) since 1998. Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 1989, and is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer registered in 14 states. He started his engineering career in the United States Air Force and moved into private practice in 1992. Mr. Miller has a diverse engineering and business background with extensive experience in Domestic US, Asia and the Middle East markets during his 22 year career.
Gary Siroky President	Gary Siroky joined BIMAdvent in January 2012 as President. In this role, Mr. Siroky is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation of targeted goals/objectives, and facilitation of the daily operations of the company. Mr. Siroky spent the last 22 years as an executive in construction industry where he most recently served as President for CORE Construction Services of Nevada, Inc. for the past decade. Mr. Siroky earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and has served in multiple leadership and executive management roles throughout his career. He served on the Board of Directors for 11 years and is a past President of the Associated General Contractor Las Vegas Chapter and is actively involved in charitable organizations and foundations that support the local community. Mr. Siroky has established a reputation as a leader with an extensive business background that enables him to deliver the highest standard of professional services.
Kenneth H. Gardner, P.E., LEED® AP Board Member	A founding member of BIMAdvent, Mr. Gardner is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in Nevada and California, is a LEED® Accredited Professional, and is an active member of ASHRAE and The US Green Building Council among others. In 2010 Mr. Gardner was appointed by Nevada’s Governor to serve on the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Mr. Gardner earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Management from the University of California Los Angeles. He has held numerous sales engineering and executive management positions throughout the HVAC industry, and has diverse business interests and experience.
Jim Gist Chief Sales and Marketing Officer	Jim Gist joined BIMAdvent in June 2011 as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. In this position, Mr. Gist has a dual role of overseeing BIMAdvent’s brand growth through communications and marketing, and will also be responsible for product launch and sales strategies. Prior to joining BIMAdvent, Mr. Gist spent the past nine years at Control4 where he severed as Vice President of Corporate Accounts and was responsible for managing the company’s hospitality business. Mr. Gist also oversaw the design, development and deployment of Las Vegas megaresort MGM City Center’s guest room automation systems.
Stephen Germano Director of Technical Sales	Stephen Germano serves as the Director of Technical Sales for BIMAdvent, with responsibility for the company's overall technology development and application strategies as well as business development. With over 8 years of Mechanical and Plumbing Design engineering experience, Mr. Germano has adapted many BIM applications towards HVAC design, and is a leading advocate and pioneer in the BIM industry. His past experience includes designing vastly diverse projects while with an industry leading major MEP consulting firm, where he developed skill sets that are unique to the industry. From highly advanced proprietary datacenters to casinos to large military projects, Mr. Germano has extensive hands on experience developing and executing BIM technologies on a diverse roster of projects. Mr. Germano is also active on numerous BIM standards boards and committees where he strives to further progress BIM as a technology.
James Chun Software Architect	James Chun serves as Chief Software Architect for BIMAdvent with responsibility for the company's overall software development and delivery, and for the software framework underlying the company's products and services. Mr. Chun majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering, completing his undergraduate degree at Cornell University, and his Master of Science at Johns Hopkins University. He has been involved with various software development projects for a major defense company and a startup web company. He started developing for BIM technology and its application while working as the IT Manager for a major industry leading engineering consulting firm.
